"I found the session run by Jason was a fascinating insight into working styles generally, and specifically into the dynamic of our team. It was incredibly affirming to meet everyone in person and also to have the experienced facilitator's opinion on the smooth running of our team and the way we operate. I really enjoyed hearing about how we all tick and I think it will remain such a useful learning process for our work going forward. We work so well as a team anyway, but to have a deeper understanding of each other's styles, motivations and inherent psychology will be such a beneficial thing to have in our minds when we continue to work on our mission and projects as a charity.
